Our Sports Development Programme is designed for primary and intermediate-aged students who are passionate about sport and eager to improve their skills, fitness, and overall athletic performance. This engaging sports coaching programme provides a supportive and challenging environment where young athletes can build confidence, develop healthy habits, and reach their full potential.
The programme focuses on developing well-rounded young athletes by combining sports skills training with personal growth and leadership development. Our Sports Development Programme is not sport-specific, making it ideal for students involved in football, rugby, netball, basketball, cricket, hockey, athletics, and many other sports. The skills, knowledge, and training methods taught throughout the programme help students improve performance across a wide range of sporting codes.
Flexible Delivery for Schools
Programmes can be delivered before school, after school, or during school hours to suit the needs of each school community. Designed primarily for Year 5–8 students, the programme provides an additional level of challenge and support for children looking to further develop their sporting abilities.
