Holiday Programmes

What age groups can attend your holiday programmes?

Our holiday programmes are designed for children aged 5-13 years. Activities are adapted so all children can join in and have fun, regardless of age or ability.

Do children need to be good at sport to join in?

Not at all. Our holiday programmes are all about participation, confidence and fun. Every child is encouraged to give things a go and try something new.

What does my child need to bring along?

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active movement, along with sneakers or sports shoes. Please pack a substantial lunch, snacks, a water bottle, and a sunhat during the summer months.
We also recommend clearly naming all belongings.

Who are the coaches?

All of our coaches are experienced, trained in child protection and they are police vetted. They are passionate about working with children and creating a safe, positive environment where everyone feels included.

What if my child has allergies or additional needs?

We welcome all children. As part of our booking process, you will need to complete a safety form. This is a requirement for all children before they attend our holiday programmes. This is where you can let us know of any allergies or additional things that are important for us to know about your child. If we have any questions or require anymore information we will make contact with you.

What makes your holiday programmes different?

We focus on fun, variety and confidence building through sport. No two days at the same at our holiday programmes. Our goal is to keep children active, make friends and try new things in a supportive environment.

After School Programme

What age group is your after school programme for?

Our after school programme is primarily designed for children in Years 0–4, however children in Years 5 and 6 are also welcome to attend.

What does a typical session involve?

Each term, children are introduced to 3–4 new sports to explore and enjoy. Sessions begin with a fun warm-up game before moving into the fundamental skills for the featured sport of the week. By the end of the session, children take part in a modified game where they can put their new skills into practice in a fun and supportive environment.

Does my child need to be sporty or have sports experience?

Not at all. This programme is designed to introduce children to a wide variety of sports, helping them learn the fundamental skills and basic rules of each game in a fun and supportive environment. It also gives children the opportunity to discover which sports they enjoy and may like to pursue further through school sports teams.

Where does the after school programme run?

Our sessions are held on school grounds straight after school. Children meet at a designated pickup point before heading into the session. All children are signed in on arrival, and if anyone is missing, we follow up promptly with the school office or classroom teachers to confirm their whereabouts.

How do bookings work? Can my child start part way through the term?

All bookings are made through our website. Children can enrol at any stage during the term, provided spaces are still available in the programme. If your child joins part way through the term, you will only be charged for the remaining sessions.
