Holiday Programmes

What age groups can attend your holiday programmes?

Our holiday programmes are designed for children aged 5-13 years. Activities are adapted so everyone can join in and have fun, regardless of age of ability.

Do children need to be good at sport to join in?

Not at all. Our holiday programmes are all about participation, confidence and fun. Every child is encouraged to give things a go.

What does my child need to bring along?

Children should dress in comfortable clothing for movement, sneakers or sports shoes, a big lunch and snacks, a water bottle and a sunhat in the summer months.
We recommend that you name all of their belongings.

Who are the coaches?

All of our coaches are experienced, trained in child protection and they are police vetted. They are passionate about working with children and creating a safe, positive environment where everyone feels included.

What if my child has allergies or additional needs?

We welcome all children. As part of our booking process, you will need to complete a safety form. This is a requirement for all children before they attend our holiday programmes. This is where you can let us know of any allergies or additional things that are important for us to know about your child. If we have any questions or require anymore information we will make contact with you.

What makes your holiday programmes different?

We focus on fun, variety and confidence building through sport. No two days at the same at our holiday programmes. Our goal is to keep children active, make friends and try new things in a supportive environment.

After School Programme

What age group is your after school programme for?

Our after school programme is designed for children in year 0-4. Year 5 and 6 children are also welcome to come along.

What does a typical session involve?

Every term we will have 3-4 new sports for the children to learn. We start the session with a quick warm up game. We then will start teaching the fundamental skills for the sport that we are focusing on that week. By the end of the session we are playing a modified game where we are able to put these skills into practice.

Does my child need to be sporty or have sports expereince?

Not at all. This programme is designed to introduce children to a variety of sports so they are able to learn the fundamental skills and rules of the game. This helps children decide if they would like to then join the school sports teams.

Where does the after school programme run?

Our sessions are held on school grounds straight after school. Children meet at a designated pickup point before heading into the session. All children are signed in on arrival, and if anyone is missing, we follow up promptly with the school office or classroom teachers to confirm their whereabouts.

How do bookings work? Can my child start part way through the term?

All bookings are completed through our website. Children are able to be enrolled part way through the term as long as there is still spaces available in that programme.
